Referral Program Rules:

1. Eligibility: The referred individual must have paid the total rental amount in full.

2. Cancellation: If the referred individual cancels the event, the referrer will not receive any payment.

3. Commission Structure: The referrer will earn 10% of the total rental amount, excluding taxes, delivery, setup, and teardown fees.
4. Payment Timeline: Payments will be processed and sent to the referrer one week after the event has successfully taken place.
5. Program Modifications: We, Props Party LLC, reserve the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time, at our sole discretion.
