• Children must always be supervised by an adult 21 & up in the play area.
 • No shoes, sneakers, high heels, flip-flops, or sandals are allowed on mats or inside the play area.
 •  MUST wear ANTI-SLIP SOCKS AT ALL TIMES!
 • No food or drink (or chewing gum) is allowed in the play area. EVEN WATER!
 • Equipment should not be removed from within the fenced-in play area.
 • No children over the age of five are allowed on any play equipment for any reason.
 • ​No paint or other craft materials (e.g., glitter, slime, messy art, temporary tattoos, face paint, etc.) are allowed in soft play areas or on any equipment.
 • All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, knives, keys, etc.)
 • No pets are allowed in the soft play area.
 • Follow the recommended maximum capacity.

Yes, safety is paramount when renting soft play. It's important to supervise children at all times, ensure the play area is free from hazards, and follow all guidelines provided by the rental company.

What is the tear-down process?

The team will arrive 5 minutes before the rental period ends. Please ensure that all balls are placed inside the ball pit, no one is using the soft play equipment, and there is a clear path for the team to remove the equipment from the site.

Yes, our softplay can be customized with decals to match your specific branding or theme.

What are the party space requirements?

Upon your arrival, the party space needs to be ready for equipment installation. We have some restrictions regarding outdoor soft play rentals. We don't set up on dirt, mulch, sand, mud, unleveled turf, wet grass, directly under the sun, or gravel rocks.

Are there any specific weather restrictions for soft play rental?

If it rains on the event date, we will not set up soft play, backdrops, or table equipment outdoors. We can either set up indoors, reschedule within the next two weeks if available, or cancel the contract without a refund.

What is the latest date I can reserve for an event?

Accepted Answer

Reservations are minimum made two months before your event date to ensure availability and coordination. However, we understand that circumstances may not always allow for such advance planning. In such cases, please feel free to contact us via email, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Is there a retainer fee?

Any equipment rental from The Client for an event must be secured with a nonrefundable retainer of 40% of the total amount plus a $100 refundable security deposit if the rules are followed and the equipment is not damaged.

What is your cancelation policy?

Our cancellation policy is strict to ensure the smooth running of operations and prevent unnecessary expenses. The 40% retainer is non-refundable, regardless of how far ahead your reservation date is. This policy allows us to provide excellent service and high-quality products for years to come.

When is the total amount due for my event?

The total amount must be paid two weeks before the event date to guarantee our services. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund.

No, these are digital templates and will not be physically shipped to you. You will need a free CANVA account to access them. You can edit and share them via text or print them at home or your local print shop.

Will I be charged if there are balls outside the ball pit when the company comes to pick up the equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a fee of $30 will be deducted from your security deposit if any balls are found outside the ball pit at the time of pickup.
