Balloon garlands made with professional-grade balloons can last for weeks if kept indoors at room temperature under good conditions.
Our cancellation policy is strict to ensure the smooth running of operations and prevent unnecessary expenses. The 40% retainer is non-refundable, regardless of how far ahead your reservation date is. This policy allows us to provide excellent service and high-quality products for years to come. In case of a provable medical letter, we can book another available date within two months.
Balloons can pop unexpectedly, and we cannot guarantee against popping once delivered. Avoid direct sunlight, rough ceilings or walls, trees, and rough handling to prevent popping. The "made for you" balloon garland, which serves as an add-on to your backdrop rental, will be assembled and installed during the backdrop setup. If you opt for a DIY balloon garland kit, we'll ship it to you for self-assembly. We recommend blowing up balloons closer to your event date for the best look. Please note that we will not issue refunds for popped balloons after delivery.
Our soft play area is designed for children five years and younger. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly request that older children (including infants' siblings) be asked to leave the area. The client is responsible for enforcing this policy to create a safe and fun environment for everyone.

It's crucial for clients to have an indoor alternative for setting up in case of unfavorable weather, as this demonstrates preparedness and responsibility. Otherwise, the event will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.
No, we understand the unpredictability of weather. Therefore, we always tell the client upfront that they need an indoor backup plan due to unpredictable weather.
If there is a 45% or higher chance of rain after equipment has been setup outdoor, we will promptly retrieve the equipment with no credit or refund offered.
For scenarios with a chance of rain, we strongly recommend opting for an indoor setup to mitigate service disruptions.
Regarding forecasted snow, if we deem conditions to pose safety concerns for our team, we will refrain from both indoor and outdoor setups. Should such a situation arise, a credit for future use within the year will be extended, with no refund provided.
Yes, a $100 security deposit is required to cover any potential equipment damage during your rental or rules that weren’t followed.

To secure your reservation, the total amount must be paid two weeks before the event date. Failure to make the full payment by the deadline will result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
Upon our arrival, the party space needs to be ready for equipment installation. We have some restrictions on outdoor rentals. We don't set up on dirt, mulch, sand, mud, unleveled turf, wet grass, directly under the sun, or gravel rocks. If these requirements are not met, we will not be able to proceed with the setup. In case of rain on the event date, we will not set up soft play, backdrops, or table equipment outdoors. We can set up indoors, the client should always have an indoor backup plan.
